The Italian branch of IAML and the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia with its Multimedia Library are pleased to invite you toRoma, the Eternal City, for IAML 2016, the 65th Congress of the International Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres.
This is the first time that IAML congress will be held in Rome. IAML 2016 will be held from 3rd to 8th July 2016 at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, one of the most relevant and active centers for music in the city.
Congress subjects are generally related to music, collections, and library issues, including also popular or traditional music of all genres and periods and their impact on libraries. All IAML members and everybody interested in those subjects are invited to participate. This year there will be a particular focus on Italian music libraries, special collections, and music publishers.
